Configuring Pap2 for onesuite.com

I successfully unlocked a Linksys pap2-na v1 ata (the struggle with that some other day). (This was actually advertised in ebay as unlocked, but turned out to be a locked one with the previous user's account still active and working). Once it is liberated I configured it to use the excellent voip phone service of onesuite.com.
The configuration I found to work is as follows:

I hope this is useful.
This was bought to set up a voip phone for my friend. I am using rt31p2 with onesuite without any problem for many months now. On that I didn't use stun server. Somehow pap2 is not able to make outgoing calls without it. I saw some hint somewhere that it might be due to some network situation in my house having two routers in cascade.
Outbgoing calls did not work reliably without enabling the outbound proxy settings.

Update (5-Jul-2009): Onesuite doesn't allow 1-800 numbers on their voip due to some strange (and counter-productive, I believe) reasons. These days I am using callcentric.com. The quality of service is very good.
